Hello,

Today I will introduce you to the Six Steps to Health. These are the steps you must take in order to cure your candida albicans overgrowth. I cannot stress enough just how important it is to perform all six steps. Each step will decrease the number of candida in your body but none can kill them by itself.

Here are the Six Steps to Health:
  1. Remove the Causes
  2. Starve The Candida
  3. Kill the Candida
  4. Repair the Damage
  5. Move Your Bowels
  6. Replace the Good Bacteria

Step One is to remove the causes. If you don't, the candida will keep coming back again and again.

Step Two is to starve the candida. A few simple changes in your diet will stop feeding the candida so they become weak and easier to get rid of.

Step Three is to kill the candida using a natural or pharmaceutical treatment.

Step Four is to repair the damage. You need to take a good supplement with plenty of anti-oxidants to repair the damage cause by the candida and the toxins that they produce.

Step Five is to move your bowels. The majority of the toxins are excreted through your bowels. Taking a fiber supplement will help the bowels move properly.

Step Six is to replace the good bacteria. The candida took over in the first place due to a decrease in the good bacteria in your gut. Taking probiotics will replace these good bacteria and prevent the candida from taking over again.

Each of these steps performs a specific function. They all work together to purge the candida from your body. Once the candida gone, you will regain your bright, joyous self.
